 U10 ENTRY FORM :   Saskatoon Youth Soccer Inc. only accepts Saskatoon registered U10 teams for this tournament due to the vast number of Saskatoon teams that enter the tournament.  After the entry deadline teams will be placed on a waiting list.
Entry Deadline: Thurs Jan 3, 2013 (between Jan 4 - 7 there will be a $25 late fee added)
Late-Entry Deadline: Mon Jan 7, 2013 (no teams will be accepted after this date)
