ADDITIONAL RULES: Outdoor U12 Premier Substitution Rule:
  Youth Outdoor play is governed by The Laws of the Game approved by FIFA, with the modification that there is no limit to the number of substitutions in a game for all youth divisions with the exception of U12 Premier, which has 6 substitution events up to 2 players at a time unlimited at half.
