ADDITIONAL RULES: Outdoor U12 Premier Substitution Rule:
  Youth Outdoor play is governed by The Laws of the Game approved by FIFA, with the modification that there is no limit to the number of substitutions in a game for all youth divisions.
As of Outdoor 2012, U12 Divisions will play in a 8v8 format on the City Fields and 10v10 on the Indoor Turf Fields (Kavia North, South Half).
