Processing Transfer:
Transfer forms are typically for the use of transfering players to teams for provincials or city league playoffs or for other various reasons.  Once the completed form and the $7.00 fee are received by the office, players must sit out all games for 7 days.  Once transfer is complete player cannot be transfered back to original team.

U12 - U16: For use of transfering from one team to another within zone ~ or to another zone for provincials only.

U18 only: For use of transfering from one team to another in any zone.
