SSA TRAVEL PERMIT

The Saskatchewan Soccer Association (Sask Soccer) is pleased to announce a new online travel permit form which replaces the previous forms. The new form has a similar layout and more information on how teams and when exactly the teams are traveling. A new team roster form has also been created and this should always accompany the travel permit along with the payment.

The fees for travel permit continue to be $30.00 for teams travelling within Canada or $50.00 for international tournaments including the U.S.A.

1. As the new forms are online, they have to be completed by the team before being sent with a coaches' signature to their district.

2. The local district administrator has to sign the form once they have checked that all the players, coaches or anyone else traveling with the team are registered.

3. The teams will then send the completed form to the Saskatchewan Soccer Association along with the full list of registered players and coaches and the full payment.

4. Sask Soccer then processes the form and payment and sends copies of the forms and receipts to the team and the district.

The deadlines for sending forms into Sask Soccer are 30 days before the tournament if it is in Canada or 60 days if it is an international tournament. The travel permit should always be taken with the traveling teams to the tournament.
