| Travel Permits, In-Province Team Status Form, and Final Roster Changes ~ Thurs Jan 5, 2023 |
| TEAM ROSTERS: |
| The team roster must be submitted when submitting your online entry form. |
| All players and team personnel listed on the roster must be registered with your provincial soccer organization. Confirmation of this will be through Travel Permits for out-of-province teams and a Team Status Form for in-province teams. |
| Roster Size Limits: U11: The roster cannot exceed sixteen (16) players including guest players. U13-U19: The roster cannot exceed twenty (20) players including guest players. Please note in the combined U17-U19 age division, no can have more than ten (10) U19 players on the roster |
| In the combined U17-U19 age division, no team can have more than ten (10) U19 players on their roster. |
| Online changes or additions may be made up to Jan 5, 2023. No exceptions afterwards. |
| All Saskatchewan team personnel must have Respect in Sport certification and a minimum of one person on the bench with age-appropriate NCCP certification. |
| All teams (in-province and out-of-province) must have a same-gender rep on the benches at all times. |

| OUT-OF-PROVINCE TRAVEL PERMIT: |
| Out-of-province teams must provide an approved travel permit by Jan 5, 2023. |
| IN-PROVINCE TEAM STATUS FORM: |
| All in-province teams must provide an approved team status form from their SSA Member Organization no later than Jan 5, 2023. This form verified that all your players and team personnel are properly registered with the SSA. |
| TOURNAMENT PACKAGE: |
| Upon being accepted all coaching staff must read the information package. All parents are also strongly encouraged to read the information. |
| SCHEDULES & STANDINGS: |
| Schedules will be posted a minimum of 1.5 weeks prior to the tournament. Standings will be posted through the tournament weekend. |
