|Deadline: Teams must notify their Community Coordinator or Zone Registrar on or before Mon Feb 12 if they wish to participate in the festival and what strength their team is (weak, average, strong). Community Coordinators and Zone Registrars will have until the above deadline to submit their list of teams who wish to be included or not included in the Mini SISCO schedule (including community/team names, age group, gender, and team strength). After the deadline, additional teams may be placed on a waitlist and if a team withdraws a team from the waitlist may be contacted.|
|Team Eligibility: Only teams which currently participate in the SYSI Community U5/U7/U9 and Zone U7/U9D leagues will be accepted.|

Teams that do not enter or cancel their entries on or before Mon Feb 12, 2024 will be subject to a full refund (refunds are disbursed to the zone or community association).
Teams that cancel their entry after Mon Feb 12, 2024 will forfeit their entry fee.
Teams not fulfilling their obligations (attending scheduled games) need to contact the office prior to the weekend so that the office may contact the other team.
