Martensville Facility Procedures

To ensure smooth operations, player safety, and efficient transitions between games, all teams must follow the facility protocols outlined below.

1. Field Access & Transitions

Rental Periods: Each rental or scheduled game slot is 55 minutes, with a five-minute transition buffer each hour.
Early Entry: Incoming teams may enter the field up to five minutes before their scheduled start time, provided the previous game has ended with the referee’s final whistle. Teams must not enter while a game is in progress.
Field Clearance: Outgoing teams must promptly gather their belongings and clear the field at the end of their game. The buffer allows for transition of outgoing and incoming teams. Teams must cooperate to ensure games remain on schedule.
Net Changes: The transition buffer also allows for any necessary net setup or removal.
Respect for Staff: Teams must adhere to their scheduled rental times and follow facility staff instructions respectfully.

2. Game Sheets

Home Team Responsibility: The home team must print the official game sheet before arriving and provide it to the referee before the game.

3. Dressing Rooms

Room Assignments: Dressing room assignments will be displayed on facility TVs. Some rooms may be shared by teams with consecutive bookings.
Storage: Each dressing room has a secure storage cage. Teams must provide their own lock if they wish to secure their belongings.
Shared Room Instructions: Follow any instructions shown on the TV display (e.g., Room 4 - use cage or take belongings with you). Do not leave equipment loose on floors, benches, or open shelves when a room is being shared.
Limited Availability: Dressing rooms may not always be available. Teams should be prepared to arrive dressed or use the lobby washrooms when necessary.
