Hollandia Soccer Club, a leading youth soccer organization in Saskatoon, is seeking a dynamic and passionate Programs Coordinator to oversee the development and execution of our diverse soccer programs. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is dedicated to fostering a love for soccer and shaping the development of young athletes within our community.

 

Working closely with the Director of Coaching Development, the Club Head Coach, and the Board of Directors, the Programs Coordinator focuses on providing effective support, communication and logistics resulting in enjoyable, fulfilling, and efficient youth soccer programming.

 

- Program Development: Support and help implement a range of soccer programs catering to various age groups and skill levels.

- Coordination: Collaborate with coaches, staff, and volunteers to ensure effective program delivery, aligning with the club's vision and values.

- Player Development: Implement strategies to enhance player development, including skill-building sessions, clinics, and camps.

- Community Engagement: Foster positive relationships with parents, schools, and community organizations to promote participation and engagement in soccer programs.

- Resource Management: Manage program budgets, equipment, and resources efficiently to ensure the successful execution of programs.

- Evaluation and Reporting: Monitor program performance, gather feedback, and generate reports for continuous improvement and future planning.

 

- Proven experience in program management, preferably within a sports organization. Technical knowledge of soccer programming is an advantage.

- Strong organizational and communication skills and a good understanding of current technology.

- Passion for youth development and a comprehensive understanding of customer service.

- Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and work in a fast-paced environment.

- Proficiency in or willingness to learn relevant software and technological tools for program planning and management.
